Construction of showroom container (cutting and transporting the container to the place):
The last container placed at the company’s DIP location is a showroom container. This container will be used for a small exhibition of the company’s products and to show the company’s capabilities. After cutting and fitting the doors and windows according to the executive plans, the container was transferred to the DIP and placed in its location.
Painting of showroom container:
For the container exterior, we used the corporate color theme of the company. For this purpose, we used the combination of red and dark blue diagonally, side by side, to paint the exterior of the container.
Container exterior painting:
By completing the dark blue next to the red color on the exterior of the showroom container, the exterior painting of the showroom container was completed.
Wiring and installation of splits:
At this stage, our staff did the container wiring, and after that, they installed the split in its place.
Gypsum ceiling installation:
According to the design, our staff will use gypsum for the walls and ceiling of the container. For this purpose, its structure was first screwed on the wall and ceiling of the container, and then we proceeded to install gypsum on the structure. We should note that in the ceiling design, our staff will use long kenaf with a projection of 30 cm and an invisible light, and they will paint the center of the gypsum ceiling black.
Gypsum ceiling installation:
After installing the gypsum structure on the roof and walls of the container, we installed gypsum on its structure. According to the design of the ceiling in black color and star lights on it, our staff used fiber optic cables to model the star lights of the ceiling. We worked these cables under ceiling Knauf and pierced some points to distribute light. Their light can be intelligently controlled to turn off and on and even change color.
After installing gypsum:
we putty the ceiling and gypsum walls to paint the ceiling and walls . We covered all the seams in the wall and ceiling with special adhesive tape for gypsum, then puttied to prevent the paint from cracking at the junction of the two gypsums.
Floor ceramic:
For the container floor, according to the design, we used a checkerboard pattern with white and black ceramic dimensions of 60 x 60 cm.
Gypsum ceiling and wall painting:
After finishing the priming work, the staff started painting the ceiling and walls, according to the design, the color of the ceiling was black, and the color of the walls was white.
Installation of doors, windows, and glass:
After preparing the ordered doors and windows, we proceeded to install the doors and windows and fix them. It should be noted that the ordered doors and windows material is aluminum.
Installation of lighting equipment:
Installation of 4 focus lights to provide lighting in the four corners of the container
Installation of smart ceiling light:
The FSE team installed the smart lighting on the container roof, making it possible for the point LEDs of the roof to change color and turn on and off smartly and manually.
